CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills

CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Westover Hills is the first acute-care hospital in the Westover Hills community, the fastest growing area in San Antonio, Bexar County. The 150-bed hospital, a full-service health care campus, with state-of-the-art technology offers a full scope of specialized services to include women’s services, in-patient and out-patient surgical services, ICU, and emergency services. The facility opened in July 2009 and the technical project consisted of total network infrastructure design and cabling, vendor and resource management, computer/printer design and placement, 3rd party software implementation, Avaya VOIP telephony, and various medical equipment modalities. This Sharepoint Intranet Portal was built for CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - New Braunfels in Texas. The Intranet Portal provides high quality, relevant and accountable documentation to meet the challenges of accomplishing the health care mission of the Santa Rosa healthcare system. This is a document sharing, collaborative Intranet environment that is subscription based and utilizes Active Directory and NOVELL E-Directory technology for security and authentication. It was developed using Microsoft SharePoint, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, VBScript, and MS SQL Server 2005.
